Store Policies

  1. Accuracy of order. All info provided in order is accurate. If a mockup is not requested, I agree to use the layout developed by Chase Street A&E. For color items, Chase Street A&E cannot guarantee exact colors due to variations in materials, but will match files/proof as closely as possible.

  2. Mockup revisions. Upon request, we will provide a mockup and two additional revisions if needed. More than two revisions may incur additional design services fees.

  3. Customer-provided materials. Because composition of materials can affect customization, I understand Chase Street A&E cannot guarantee the results on customer-provided materials. Chase Street A&E is not liable for replacement of materials if processing is unsuccessful.
  1. Hold period. After a pickup notification is sent, Chase Street A&E will hold the order for up to 30 days. Orders remaining after 30 days will be donated to a local cause and will not be refunded.
  1. Returns. Chase Street A&E guarantees satisfaction. To be eligible for a return:
    • Contact Chase Street A&E within 15 days of receiving order with reason for return
    • All returns are subject to 30% restocking fee (waived in cases of manufacturer defect)
    • Returns that are soiled or damaged are not eligible for exchange or refund
  1. Customer-provided artwork. All artwork I provide I will provide will meet the requirements outlined at If my artwork is determined to be non-production-ready, Chase Street A&E will contact me to discuss creative services charges before proceeding.
  1. Pricing adjustments. Customer-provided items and artwork requests will be evaluated within 24 hours to determine accurate pricing/processing capabilities. Within this window I’ll be notified of any additional fees to process the item, at which point I may choose to proceed or cancel the order.
  1. Intellectual property. I have intellectual property rights to the files/design I provided for my order. Chase Street A&E may publish photos/video of this order unless noted otherwise.
  1. Cancellation. If I cancel my order during production, I am liable for all expenses incurred. Chase Street A&E also reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with a complete refund.
